We have two choices of Yoga classes here at Elements Martial Arts, running early in the morning.

The first option is ‘yoga therapy’. This class is focused on injuries and injury prevention. Students are advised in a more or less one to one setting about the best ways to manage their injuries and/or recover.

The second option is a class focused on Hatha flow, concentrating on flexibility, strength, balance and relaxation.
